It's a state of complete or partial clouding of the lens, this clouding tends to spread gradually and causes blurred vision. The symptoms of cataracts are a gradual decrease in visual acuity, seeing halos, double vision and difficulty reading. Causes for Cataract Cataracts are most commonly due to aging but may also occur due to eye surgery for other problems and many other risk factors include diabetes , prolonged use of various medications, smoking, alcohol etc. Bottom-line it's the result of many degenerative processes that distort the natural qualities of the lens and coagulate lens proteins present in lens fibers by different mechanisms, which result in loss of transparency and, ultimately, cataract. Cataract Surgery In a surgery procedure, the lens is removed and replaced with a lens made of silicone or acrylic material. The lenses have an optical number that can replace the glasses. Surgery complications Complications include uveitis (inflammation inside the eye), glaucoma, dislocation of the lens, which may lead to severely impaired vision or even complete loss of visual acuity. "About 20–50% of people who get cataract surgery will develop Posterior Capsular Opacification (PCO) - a clouding of the eye's lens capsule that can occur as a complication of cataract surgery within 2–5 years following the procedure. Following recovery, a person will typically see clearly again. However, anywhere from a few weeks to a few years later, a person may develop the PCO. Sometimes referred to as scarring or secondary cataract, PCO causes cloudy vision to return". Causes for Cataract Cataract Surgery Surgery complications Natural Way To Avoid Surgery Natural Way To Avoid Surgery The fundamental layer of the Therapeutic Order is to remove obstacles to health, which most commonly include poor diet and sleep, sedentary habits and excessive stress. There are some nutrients that were found to be essential for eye function, including lutein, zeaxanthin, and antioxidants such as vitamin C. According to a 2008 study , diets rich in lutein and zeaxanthin were moderately associated with decreased prevalence of nuclear cataract in older women. Similarly, vitamin C, in doses of at least 1000 mg daily, was found to result in a significant slowing of cataract progression, with only a handful of patients requiring surgery over the 11-year study period . Exercises To "Clean" Cataract There are many testimonials (this is just one of them ) that appropriate eye exercises can "clean" the cloudiness of the lens. If your vision is weak but still functional, you may want to consider working on improving your vision naturally. If your vision is still better than 6/60 the vision exercises may help you. In any case, it would be a good practice to prepare the eyes for surgery! you can only benefit when you work to restore movement and good blood flow to the eyes. You may be able to improve your vision despite the cataract, you may be able to stop its development and even regress the cataract. If you were unable to improve your vision, the exercises will give you a better chance of successfully undergoing the surgery, because the practice creates better blood flow to the eyes, which enables healing and significantly benefit the eyes. One such exercises is rebounding as strongly recommended by Dr. Barbara O'neill in her video "Natural EYE-HEALING SECRETS". Several studies have found connections between ocular blood flow and cataract formation: A study in Switzerland found that reduced blood flow velocity to the ophthalmic artery may increase the risk of developing cataracts. Research showed that patients with cataracts had significantly lower peak systolic velocity, end diastolic velocity, and mean velocity in the ophthalmic artery compared to controls. We recommend to enroll to a workshop provided by a practitioner that follows the natural vision recovery methods developed by Dr. Bates and by one of his dedicated followers - Meir Shneider. 5.0 2 Ratings average rating is 5 out of 5, based on 2 votes, Ratings Reviews Exercises to "Clean" Cataract Castor Oil For Cataract and Eye Floaters Castor Oil For Cataract And Eye Floaters The use of castor oil for cataract is recommended because of its antioxidant and emollient properties and ability to promote circulation. Castor oil is rich in rolic acid a fatty acid with powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Watch Dr. Barbara O'neill's video "Natural EYE-HEALING SECRETS" for more information on the benefits of castor oil to the cataract condition. Castor Oil Usage Note! There's no scientific evidence that castor oil helps with cataract. The claimed reason is that the castor oil can't penetrate the structures inside of the eyeball - the cornea, the conjunctiva, the sclera, or the blood vessels. There are however scientific studies that demonstrated the effectiveness of castor oil to dry eyes and Blepharitis . Use , castor oil that is organic, 100% pure, cold-pressed, unrefined, hexane-free - no preservatives, fragrances or additives,Premium pharmaceutical (USP - United States Pharmacopeia) grade. Application: Apply 1 drop of castor oil to the inner canthus of each eye nightly at bedtime, with the goal of allowing the oil to work overnight without the temporary side effect of blurred vision. Alternatively, wipe one drop of castor oil over the eyelid. Concurrent support includes contrast hydrotherapy in the form of alternating warm and cool compresses to the eyes, which help increase blood flow and further improve nutrient delivery and waste removal. 5.0 2 Ratings average rating is 5 out of 5, based on 2 votes, Ratings Reviews Castor Oil Usage Eye Floaters - The Problem Eye Floaters - The Problem Eye floaters are spots in your vision. They may look to you like black or gray specks, strings, or cobwebs that drift about when you move your eyes and appear to dart away when you try to look at them directly. Most eye floaters are caused by age-related changes that occur as the jelly-like substance (vitreous) inside your eyes becomes more liquid. Microscopic fibers within the vitreous tend to clump and can cast tiny shadows on your retina. The shadows you see are called floaters. For many, the floaters problem is most likely to remain static ( Read more ) or even disappear in a matter of years (if you take some self healing actions as prescribed below). Notice! i f you notice a sudden increase in eye floaters, contact an eye specialist immediately — especially if you also see light flashes or lose your peripheral vision. These can be symptoms of an emergency that requires prompt attention. Read more What Triggers Eye Floaters Prolonged nearsightedness Injury or trauma to the eye Cataract surgery (complications) Inflammation and eye infection Diabetes What Triggers Eye Floaters Recommended Practices Eye Floaters Recommended Practice The health of your eyes depends on getting a list of key nutrients that protect and boost it. Although no specific nutrient is proven to remove floaters, there is something to be said for preventing floaters by staying healthy. Antioxidants, omega-3s , and zinc are all hugely beneficial to the eyes. To prevent conditions that cause floaters, eat a nutrient-rich diet and exercise regularly . In some cases, floaters work themselves out on their own. How to apply: Like many other eye problems, as described here, healthy diet and exercising the practices that we propose for the eye tension problem for about 7 min a day are the best treatment for the floaters problem. Expected Results: Substantial reduction in the size and "proliferation" of the floaters! Even if you’re only starting to experience floaters, you can slow down the progress of whatever disease is underlying them with prevention. 5.0 1 Ratings average rating is 5 out of 5, based on 1 votes, Ratings Reviews Expected Results

These days, aloe leaves are offered in some markets around the country. It means that there are many that try to get "raw aloe" rather than any of its processed derivatives. Problem is that "in order to avoid the loss of biological activity filleting (of the leaves) operation must be completed within 36 h of harvesting the leaves (Robert 1997) ". To sum it up, many of the qualities encapsulated in the fillet (leaf's gel) are degraded significantly, if the fillet is not extracted soon after the leaf harvest! No processing and therefore no agents such as diatomaceous earth and activated carbon tha t are used to lower the aloin level below the regulatory requirement of 10 ppm. Note, these agents are not listed on the product label since they are eventually removed using additional processing, not before they dramatically reduce the content of the aloe anti-inflammatory and positive enzymatic ingredients as was proved in many scientific studies (section 1.1.3 C in the link) . With frozen leaves, there are no " dirty tricks ", undisclosed processing techniques or any other manipulation that can be hidden under its packaging. Aloe pasteurization and liquefaction – Many if not all the aloe gel/juice producers are using some sort of blenders/pulpers to liquefy the fillet and then pass the "juice" through a pasteurization process. The crushing action creates a lot of friction and heat that oxidizes and dramatically reduces the content of the aloe polysaccharides (anti inflammatory, antiviral and other positive enzymatic ingredients) . (a must "read more - go to section 3.5 in this link " ). The pasteurization process further reduces the enzymes content in the processed aloe as discussed in greater detail on this page . No sample was labelled with information on the botanical source, but, in some cases, the countries of origin were specified. For comparison, a single cinnamon sample imported directly from a plantation in Sri Lanka that came from Cinnamomum verum was analyzed. Results from 60 ground cinnamon samples comprising twelve brands confirmed a high content of coumarin, with mean levels ranging from 2 650 to 7 017 mg · kg−1. The high coumarin content confirmed that these cinnamon samples obtained from cassia cinnamon were in contrast to the sample from Sri Lanka, which was coumarin-free." Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks Cassia Cinnamon Sticks 3 Ceylon vs cassia cinnamon CINNAMON OIL USAGE AND SAFETY Usage This highly concentrated oil is best for aromatherapy, cooking (food flavouring), massage, and more. As a supplement, use of 1-3 drops of the oil per day is OK. As with all other essential oils, DO NOT use the cinnamon oil without dilution in a carrier oil! To avoid irritation of skin or mucous membrane (lips for example), For ingestion use, the "general" recommended practice is 1 - 3 drops per tablespoon (15 ml per tablespoon) of a carrier oil (such as coconut or olive oils). Problem is that cinnamon bark oil specific gravity is 1.03 - 1.05 where as the specific gravity of coconut oil is 0.9134 and that of the olive oil 0.9143. When we add the cinnamon drops into most carrier oils, the drops will "sink" to the bottom on the container and would not mix easily. We recommend to use coconut milk that has a specific gravity of 1.0029-1.0080 which would makes the mixing so much easier! NOTICE! Once you have the diluted mixture, take a teaspoon of the mixture once or twice a day whenever you have to suppress your insulin level after eating sweet fruits and the like. If you feel some burning/stinging feeling on your lips (that touched the teaspoon) and palate, take a tablespoon, deep it in your coconut oil and lick and swallow the oil. You will notice that the annoying feeling is gone away in seconds. A 10 ml glass Measuring Dropping Pipette (with a Rubber Head) is a good kitchen aid to prepare the "dilution mixture" of greater volumes, for repeated usage. Notice, a dropper oil drop is about 0.05 milliliter (ml), and a tablespoon is about 15 ml so that 1 - 3 drops per tablespoon translates to a recommended concentration of 0.3% - 1% of the cinnamon essential oil in the mixture. We provide the table below for those who want to prepare larger volumes of cinnamon oil ready for consumption. 4 Usage and safety It is recommended to consult with your physician for edible consumption, Do not use it if pregnant or near children under 2 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Some people may be allergic to Cinnamon Oils. Safety Information Ceylon Cinnamon Bark essential oil, is relatively non-toxic. Its major ingredients - Cinnamaldehyde (above 75%) and eugenol (about 12%) could be irritating to the mucous membranes (i.e. lips): so use in moderation, always dilute it with a carrier oil (such as coconut or olive oil) 1 - 4 drops per tablespoon. The oil should be used carefully when applied to the skin, causing irritation, reddening, and even a burn to sensitive skin. Therefore, use carefully (no more than half drop per bath for example). Avoid the use in cosmetics and during pregnancy. Read about the properties and usage of essential oils. Consult with a knowledgeable source for indications and contraindications before use. Keep out of the reach of children. Nicotine posses many powerful cognitive and other benefits. Here we describe the benefits and the right practice for a prolonged usage with no addictive implications.. NICOTINE BENEFITS Page Content: Background Nicotine and Brain Functioning Nicotine Anti-Inflammatory Benefits Nicotine-Mediated Cell Proliferation Ischemic Injury Parkinson's Desease How to Use Nicotine Patches How to Use Nicotine Gum Background Nicotine is a naturally occurring alkaloid primarily found in the tobacco plant, where it constitutes about 5% of the plant's weight. It can also be found in smaller amounts in other plants of the nightshade family. Nicotine alone is not addictive ! " However, substantial evidence exists to suggest that nicotine's reinforcing effects alone are not sufficient to account for the intense addictive properties of tobacco smoking...". The Harvard researchers found that pyrazines are the additives that make cigaratte smoking addictive, not the nicotine! Furthermore, in 1994, seven CEO's of tobacco companies testified before the US Congress, under oath, that nicotine is not addictive! Figure 1. Inflammatory diseases and related organs and cells regulated by nicotine. Created with BioRender . Figure 1. Background Nicotine and Brain Functioning Nicotine Anti-Inflammatory Benefits As described below, Nicotine benefits to many body functions, most notably brain functions are far reaching with no side effects, if taken appropriately. Nicotine and Brain Functioning Nicotine administration can improve cognitive decline and impairment by inhibiting Sirtuin 6, a stress‑responsive protein deacetylase, thereby decreasing neuronal apoptosis and improving neuronal survival, a quality which is most important in Alzheimer's disease (AD), memory impairment in Parkinson's disease (PD) and dyskinesia ( Read More , And more ). Nicotine improves cognitive impairment by enhancing protein kinase B (also referred to as Akt) activity and stimulating phosphoinositide 3‑kinase/Akt signaling, which regulates learning and memory processes. Nicotine may also activate thyroid receptor signaling pathways to improve memory impairment caused by hypothyroidism. In healthy individuals, nicotine may improve memory function through its effect on chromatin modification via the inhibition of histone deacetylases, which causes transcriptional changes in memory‑related genes. Furthermore, nicotine improves memory impairment caused by sleep deprivation by enhancing the phosphorylation of calmodulin‑dependent protein kinase II, an essential regulator of cell proliferation and synaptic plasticity. Finally, nicotine administration has been demonstrated to rescue long‑term potentiation in individuals with sleep deprivation, AD, chronic stress and hypothyroidism, primarily by desensitizing α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. In conclusion , nicotine has several cognitive benefits in healthy individuals, as well as in those with cognitive decline associated with age or brain deseases . Nicotine Anti-Inflammatory Benefits Inflammation is a complex process involving multiple genes and signaling pathways. In the recent decade, the finding that pro-inflammatory responses are controlled by neural circuits has given birth to the new concept of “inflammatory reflex. The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway is the efferent or motor arm of the “inflammatory reflex”, the neural circuit that responds to and regulates the inflammatory response. It is well known that nicotine, as an agonist of nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors (nAChR) found in the central and peripheral nervous system, muscle, and many other tissues of many organisms, stimulates the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor signaling anti-inflammatory pathway to reduce inflammatory responses. Nicotine is a lipophilic agent and can penetrate the cells independently on these special nAChR receptors. Therefore, nicotine could directly affect mitochondrial respiration , cell autophagy, and cell signaling molecules in an environment with proper pH (nicotine pKa = 7.9). Nicotine also played different regulatory roles in ulcerative colitis, arthritis, periodontitis, sepsis, endotoxemia, multiple sclerosis, nasal eosinophilic inflammation, allergy, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, skin inflammation, placental inflammation, pancreatitis, Behçet’s disease, muscle inflammation, viral myocarditis, uveitis, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and so on ( Figure 1 ). Nicotine-Mediated Cell Proliferation Ischemic Injury Nicotine-Mediated Cell Proliferation and the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) . Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) that are widely distributed in the brain and neuromuscular junctions, were found to be expressed in a variety of non-neuronal tissues in the body including those of the lung. Recent studies show that these non-neuronal nAChRs can induce cell proliferation and angiogenesis. Angiogenesis involves the migration, growth, and differentiation of endothelial cells, which line the inside wall of blood vessels, controlled by chemical signals in the body. Angiogenesis is critical for wound healing and tissue repair, enabling the formation of new blood vessels to support the regeneration of damaged tissues. Ischemic injury Ischemic injury is a pathological condition that occurs when the blood supply to organs and tissues is temporarily restricted or cut off, depriving them of nutrients, oxygen, and sugar. Recent studies have shown that cerebral hypoxia-ischemia causes neural inflammation, which eventually results in neuronal cell death. Nicotine inhibits microglial proliferation and is neuroprotective in global ischemia. Parkinson’s disease Preliminary analysis shows improvements after acute nicotine in several areas of cognitive performance, particularly measures such as reaction time, central processing speed, and decreased tracking error. Parkinson's Desease How to Use Nicotine Patches How to Use Nicotine Patches Dr. Bryan Ardis recommends: Preventative - Purchase 14mg size Nicotine Patches and cut into 6 equal pieces and wear one small size patch daily, on rib cage or upper arm. Type 2 diabetes most often develops in people over age 45, but more and more children, teens, and young adults are also developing it. A person who receives the diabetic "tag", has a 300% greater risk of cardiovascular disease compared to a person without diabetes. Diabetes is the number 1 reason for foot and toe amputations in the western world. On average, diabetics live 6 years less than people without diabetes. Diabetes is also one of the main reasons that bring people to the need for dialysis due to kidney failure. "In 2005 , studies revealed a correlation between insulin levels and brain cell deterioration so convincing and provocative that health practitioners began to wonder whether Alzheimer’s disease might simply be type 3 diabetes.[REF1 ]. We already know that diabetics are at least twice as likely to experience dementia.[REF2 ] It turns out that the cells of your brain can become insulin-resistant just like other cells in the body. And since the brain is a massive energy sink, capable of only a few minutes of glucose deprivation before it becomes alarmed, it is especially sensitive to the problems associated with insulin resistance." Read more about cognitive decline and insulin resistance. High blo od sugar (hyperglycaemia) is where the level of sugar in your blood is too high. It mainly affects people with diabetes and can be serious if not treated. People with diabetes can also have blood sugar that's too low. This is called low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia). A Brief Physiological Explanation Insulin is the hormone responsible (among other things) for introducing sugar (glucose) from the bloodstream into the cells."Homeostatic regulation (any self-regulating process by which biological systems tend to maintain stability while adjusting to conditions [REF ] ) of glucose is primarily governed by the action of insulin in adipose ( a connective fat tissue that extends throughout your body), muscle, and liver tissue, which responds by activating signaling pathways involved in the metabolism of glucose and lipids, energy storage, and cell growth". In this condition, the pancreas makes little or no insulin" .It all starts with cow's milk! A1 beta-casein. Milk from breeds of cows that originated in northern Europe is generally high in A1 beta-casein . A1 β casein is enzymatically broken down in the intestine to produce Beta-Casomorphin-7. This study brings numerous references to studies that corroborates the role of β-casomorphin-7 in some diseases such as type 1 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, autism, schizophrenia, sudden infant death syndrome, apnea, constipation. For example, β-casomorphin-7 destroys pancreatic β cells, triggering activity effects of T and B cells of the autoimmune system, leading to the emergence of type 1 diabetes. More About Milk RISKS Casomorphins and Gliadorphins Have Diverse Systemic Effects Spanning Gut, Brain and Internal Organs. " In the last decade (published Dec. 2022), the number of papers dealing with this problem has substantially increased. The newest clinical studies on humans showed a negative effect of variant A1 (β-casein A1 variant) on serum glutathione level, digestive well-being, cognitive performance score in children, and mood score in women. Preventing Type 1 Diabetes - Conclusion Type 1 diabetes could be almost completely eliminated from new borns, toddlers, children and young adults, as long as women avoid A1 milk intake during their pregnancy and breast feeding period, followed by avoiding A1 milk for New born, toddlers and children throughout their childhood period. A good substitute could be an casein A2 cow milk, goat milk (or cheese). Type 2 Diabetes Diabetes Type 2 Medications Milk Substitutes For Vegans' Children It is recommended to use an organic, FRESH fruit juice (e.g. orange juice) or coconut milk (for fat) enriched with organic citrus fruit rind powder for its high content of minerals and most important magnesium and calcium. There are those who would use enriched calcium citrate or malate orange juice (for calcium). For those who want to adopt this practice, we recommend to watch this Dr. Berg's video before proceeding with it. Avoid SOY MILK (this short video will convince you why ). Type 2 Diabetes Type 2 diabetes is a disease in which the body cells do not respond to insulin and do not allow glucose carried in the blood to enter them. The sugar remains in the blood and therefore its level keeps rising. " Type-2 diabetes is likely to have its roots in an autoimmune reaction deep within the body, according to researchers at the Stanford University School of Medicine and the University of Toronto. Resistance to insulin is a pathophysiological state related to the decreased response of peripheral tissues to the insulin action, hyperinsulinemia and raised blood glucose levels caused by increased hepatic glucose outflow. "The sphingolipid ceramide is the main culprit that combines a plethora of nutrients (e.g., saturated fatty acids) and inflammatory cytokines (e.g., TNFα) to the progression of insulin resistance". " CD (Celiac Disease) cases ate significantly more gluten in the second year of life than controls, and gluten intake in the second year of life was strongly correlated with serum cytokines (INFγ, IL2, IL4, IL12p70, IL17) at 36 months only in CD cases. "The prevalence of obesity and related metabolic diseases has increased dramatically worldwide. As obesity progresses, various lipid species accumulate in ectopic tissues. Amongst them, ceramides—a deleterious sphingolipid species—accumulate and cause lipotoxicity and metabolic disturbances. Dysregulated ceramide metabolism appears to be a key feature in the pathogenesis of obesity-related metabolic diseases". "Wheat gluten and related proteins can trigger an autoimmune enteropathy, known as coeliac disease, in people with genetic susceptibility. However, some individuals experience a range of symptoms in response to wheat ingestion, without the characteristic serological or histological evidence of coeliac disease". Conclusion of the above citations: Type 2 Diabetes is strongly correlated with intakes of GLUTEN and CARBOHYDRATES components, especially refined grains, starch and cereal fiber Diabetes Type 2 Medications Without getting into a comprehensive review, the most common medication used by type 2 diabetics patients is Metformin Hydrochloride. Many websites describe its side effects but it is hard to find one that would mention that "Metformin decreases gluconeogenesis (glucose production) in the liver. Metformin inhibits basal secretion from the pituitary gland of growth hormone". This is a significant issue! the pituitary gland and its Hypothalamic axises have a most important role in our body's metabolism and gut microbiota. Cinnamon oil reduces insulin resistance Cinnamon oil reduces insulin resistance This scientific study brings the results of numerous scientific articles that showed the effect of cinnamon oil in reducing insulin resistance. Additionally, this study that included in vitro, in vivo and in silico testing concludes : "Cinnamon bark essential oil reduced fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin in the general study population by more than 6 units each over the course of the 12-week study—this would represent a clinically beneficial change in a person with metabolic imbalance." "In the prediabetic subgroup, the benefits are possibly more dramatic (although still not reaching statistical significance, likely due to small sample size). Both the essential oil blend and the cinnamon bark essential oil caused a reduction in fasting blood glucose. In the case of the cinnamon bark essential oil, the group mean was reduced by more than 12 mg/dL. Clinically, the mean fasting blood sugar in the prediabetic participants taking the cinnamon bark essential oil was no longer in the prediabetic range following treatment. Bottom line: The improvements reported above are the result of a daily ingestion of 6 grams of cinnamon powder or 250 mg of cinnamon essential oil, using the "conversion" formula to oil content [Page 22 ]: " 6 grams of Powder with oil content of up to 4% in cinnamon bark, translates to approximately 250 mg cinnamon essential oil". A drop of oil is about 50 mg, so a proper daily dosage should be 3-5 drops of oil diluted in 1/2 table spoon of coconut oil . Read on this page about how to select a good quality cinnamon oil. Preventing Type 2 Diabetes - Conclusion Preventing Type 2 Diabetes - Conclusion There are several theories, but we hope it is clear from the materials provided above that diabetes type 2 is caused by certain lifestyle habits and by improper nutrition. It is a disease that is 100% preventable. A person who changes his life habits and his diet, with 100% certainty will not be diabetic, even if both his parents and his entire extended family are diabetic. Can Diabetes Type 2 Be Cured? According to Western medicine, this is an incurable disease . Western medicine only tries to balance the sugar levels with drugs. But it is not about healing and in most cases the drugs used fail to balance the sugar levels to the levels of a healthy person. Why does diabetes and pre-diabetes increase the risk of heart disease and stroke by hundreds of percent? "Both type 1 and type 2 diabetes are powerful and independent risk factors for coronary artery disease (CAD), stroke, and peripheral arterial disease. Atherosclerosis accounts for virtually 80% of all deaths among diabetic patients. Prolonged exposure to hyperglycemia is now recognized a major factor in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis in diabetes. This is why diabetes, in which the blood sugar level is higher than normal, accelerates the hardening of the arteries by dozens of times and increases the risk of heart attacks and strokes". "In conclusion , this study showed that the serum ox-LDL (Oxidized low-density lipoprotein - LDL cholesterol) level increases with the length of diabetes, even though the patients' LDL-cholesterol level is maintained at a desirable level". Can Type 2 Diabetes Be Cured NATURALLY ? The answer is an unequivocal yes ! It is possible to make the body's cells sensitive to insulin again. When the body's cells respond to insulin again, the sugar will enter the cells and its blood level will drop. Drastic cut of carbohydrates and gluten intake will definitely bring a drastic change for both diabetes types. Just read this testimonial . Yes, you can always seek the help of nutrition specialists, to help you with making the change, but rest assured that the basic requirements to drastically cut foods containing carbohydrate and gluten will always be part of their proposed diet. Changing lifestyle habits and adapt a diet that fits age, general health condition, and possibly other constraints, such as personal preferences are the main tools that lead to the cure of diabetes. Plants and nutritional supplements can help and sometimes even dramatically, but without changing dietary and movement habits there will be no real healing over time. There is no single diet that cures diabetes. There are a large number of options, and many menus that will bring the diabetic patient to the goal - balancing sugar levels like a healthy person and restoring insulin sensitivity. Reversing The Damage From Diabetes Long-term Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) affects the normal functioning of heart, kidneys, nerves, arteries, bones, and joints. The T2D gradually alters the intrinsic material properties, and structural integrity of the tissues and prolonged hyperglycemia causes chronic damages to these tissues quality. Tissue recovery is a prolonged process that depends on the structure of the specific tissue. Still our body's tissues do regenerate and replace themselves over time. Some of the tissues regenerate in 3 - 4 months (Dr. Berg video, min 5:11 ). Other tissues like nerve tissues, take years to regenerate. To help the tissue regeneration process, Dr. Berg recommends using two supplements: Benfotiamine (min 5:52 ) - 4 capsules a day, Note: studies that tested the effectiveness of this product produced conflicting results! [REF ] Alpha lipoic acid (min 6:19 ) - 600 milligrams three times a day. Note: Alpha lipoic acid is recommended because it is both fat and water soluble. That means it can work throughout the body. Oregano oil could be a very good substitute for those who prefer herbal supplements. Can Diabetes Type 2 Be Cured? Can Diabetes Be Cured Naturally? Reversing The Damage From Diabetes

On this page we review recommended practices to avoid cancer and the process and practices to combat cancer if detected. Cancer Root Causes Understanding cancer root causes, is the beginning of adopting the practices to avoid and combat this condition. As Dr. Coldwell describes in his book "The Only Answer to Cancer", extremely traumatic event/s, are usually the triggers. Loss of energy is the harbinger, associated with radio-frequency radiation , poor diet, toxins accumulation, and physical neglect that are all contributing factors. What is Cancer This comprehensive review concludes: "Cancer may be induced by many environmental and physiological conditions. Infections with viruses, bacteria and parasites have been recognized for years to be associated with human carcinogenicity". Simply said, cancer is the manifestation of parasites activity. Cancer Prevention On this page of our web site we present the three pillars for good health and prevention and cancer prevention is no exception. One additional preventive action is the avoidance of cancer triggers as discussed above, most notably the submission to traumatic events. Inflammation: "Inflammation is often associated with the development and progression of cancer. Therefore, the targeting of inflammation represents an attractive strategy both for cancer prevention and for cancer therapy". The main mechanisms Linking Chronic Inflammation to Cancer are: Cellular Transformation and Proliferation: Chronic inflammation can lead to cellular transformation and proliferation, essential steps in tumorigenesis. Persistent inflammatory responses can cause DNA damage and mutations, promoting the transformation of normal cells into cancerous ones. Tumor Microenvironment: Inflammatory cells within the tumor microenvironment produce cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors that support tumor growth and survival. These pro-inflammatory mediators can stimulate oncogenic signaling pathways and enhance immune evasion by cancer cells On this page we discuss in detail strategies to combat chronic inflammation Cancer Diagnostic There are "7 common cancer symptoms " that you should not ignore! If you noticed one of those symptoms that persists, you better take action. "Going to the doctor" to corroborate your suspicion is a good idea, but be aware of the limitations and problems associated with the present diagnostic techniques as detailed below. We strongly recommend to avoid the practices of Biopsy, Fine Needle Cell Extraction or Imaging techniques! Here is why: Biopsy or Fine Needle Cell Extraction Risks: You don't have to "test" the tumor by biopsy. Tumors are the body's way of protecting us from allowing the cancer cells to traverse the body and mutate healthy cells. Once a tumor is punctured for "testing", the cells travel and cause more issues: “Considering the fact that, every tumor cell, is bathed in interstitial fluid, which drains into the lymphatic system and has an individualized arterial blood supply and venous drainage like any other normal cell in our body, inserting a needle or a knife into a tumor, there is a jeopardy of dislodging a loose tumor cell into either the circulation or into the tissue fluid. Tumor cells are easier to dislodge due to lower cell-to-cell adhesion. This theory with the possibility of seeding of tumor cells is supported by several case studies that have shown that after diagnostic biopsy of a tumor, many patients developed cancer at multiple sites and showed the presence of circulating cancer cells in the blood stream on examination”.[Read more ] Imaging Irradiation Risks : All of the most common imaging practices be it X-ray, CT scan, Mammogram, or! MRI make use of high intensity radiation which is a health risk in itself. Without getting into the risks associated with each of these methods, we chose to review the risks associated with MRI which is considered by may as a low risk imaging technique. MRI imaging is a common practice for some types of cancers like brain tumours, primary bone tumours, soft tissue sarcomas, tumours affecting the spinal cord, and tumours in the pelvic organs (prostate, bladder, uterus and ovaries). MRI imaging is associated with pulsed RF radiation with peak power in the range of 10-30 kW . For comparison, peak RF power of mobile phones is in the range of 0.1 to 2 watts . Or in other words, the MRI RF imaging intensity is about 30,000 times stronger than the intensity of the mobile phone. Not only that this imaging radiation is so powerful, it is very focused. Yes it is delivered in very short pulses. Could anybody's tissue sustain this intense radiation? [Read more about cancer risks of RF radiation from wireless devices] Cancer Diagnostic Alternatives: Depending on the type of cancer you have and how much it has grown, The following are some of the most common cancer symptoms : •Blood in stool •Anal itching •Distended abdomen •Fatigue •Sinus issues •Cravings for milk products •Mood issues •Rashes •Constant hunger. Your doctor may be able to find a mass in your breast, belly, or prostate by examining you. Circulating Tumor Cell Detection Technologies (CTC) - Depending on the CTC method used, this technology looks promising and relatively safe and non invasive. Still, it is relatively new, with more criteria to be developed, for reliable conclusions. Be careful about the use of biomarkers taken from blood and tissues! There are "numerous methodologically flawed biomarker studies , that examine cancer patients' samples against those of healthy, inflammation-free persons and present many inflammation-related biomarker alterations in cancer patients as cancer-specific". In other words, it is easy to confuse an inflammation related biomarker level with cancer related one. What is Cancer Cancer Prevention Cancer Diagnostic Biopsy or Fine Needle Cell Extraction Risks Imaging Irradiation Risks 1 Cancer Diagnostic Alternatives Cancer treatment Practices To start with, as Dr. Coldwell prescribes, proper personal identification of the trauma and coping with it is the corner stone. Not surprising, the most common cancer symptoms listed above are the same as the most common symptoms of parasites! Fasting - A Winning Formula For those who can sustain a prolonged fasting this man who had a prognosis of living for a few months is still living after 6 years. He discovered the benefits of prolonged fasting and even completed a 40-day fast. Numerous studies have found that fasting and intermittent fasting interfere with cancer growth by lowering glucose level, Insulin Growth Factor - "prolonged cycles of fasting – for 2-4 days at a time trigger stem cell regeneration of new immune cells and clearing out of old, damaged cells". "The ketogenic diet (KD) has recently (article from 2021) emerged as a metabolic therapy in cancer treatment, targeting cancer cell metabolism rather than a conventional dietary approach. The ketogenic diet (KD), a high-fat and very-low-carbohydrate with adequate amounts of protein, has shown antitumor effects by reducing energy supplies to cells". This study (and many others) uncover the tight association between gut microbiota and tumorigenesis (the gain of malignant properties in normal cells) and concludes: "...novel strategies integrating probiotics, such as LGG (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG), with conventional anti-cancer therapies are strongly encouraged".Keto Diet and Cancer - Bottomline : Fasting and drastic cut of carbohydrates consumption (see more below) - two major elements of the keto diet that were proved to make a significant contribution to cancer prevention and cancer treatment. Combating Cancer As we discussed above, cancer is the result of parasites activity. Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are well recognized and effective drugs to treat parasites. Both drugs have been in use by veterinarians for years to stop parasites related problems. Ivermectin: Note! Beginning 2025 there are reports (from trusted sources) indicating that there is a corrupt effort to destroy the most beneficial Ivermectin properties by adding Remdesevir to it. Remdesevir is a poison that can cause severe kidney damages. Avoid this remedy until further notice! In This comprehensive study Ivermectin was tested against 28 types of Cancer, to identify the most and the least sensitive types to Ivermectin. Ivermectin was tested at 2mg/kg/day which translates to roughly 5uM in vitro concentration. The most sensitive cancer cell lines were: 1. Ovarian 2. Breast 3. Glioblastoma 4. Lung Cancer 5. Colon Cancer 6. Uterine SCC 7. hepatocellular 8. breast TNBC 9. Pancreatic 10. Endometrial Least sensitive were: 1. osteosarcoma 2. gastric 3. melanoma Although lymphoma and leukem ia cell lines appear to be more resistant to Ivermectin, Ivermectin has a significant impact on those cells' ability to form colonies. So yes, Ivermectin is useful against BOTH lymphomas and leukemias. Ivermectin also goes after CANCER STEM CELLS, which tend to be resistant to chemotherapy: “Ivermectin has a preferential depletion effect on the cancer stem-like cell population…” “We observed that among all the evaluated cell lines, a decrease in cell viability and clonogenicity is more evident in the cancer stem-like cells than in their parental population.” KEY findings of this study : At a human dose of 2mg/kg, Ivermectin can achieve anti-cancer effects such as cell cycle arrest (inhibit proliferation), preferrential inhibition of cancer stem-like cells, synergize with several chemotherapy drugs and inhibit tumor growth in a breast cancer mouse model. Ivermectin is an anthelmintic and antihelminthic drug, covering a very wide/broad range of parasites. There are numerous studies that have shown the ivermectin's effectiveness to stop almost all types of cancer. [Read more ] Ivermectin dosage: General recommendation is 200 micrograms per kilogram orally as a single dose. Most Ivermection tablets are 12mg/tablet. There are some, like JFK junior that recommend 2 tablets a day (morning and afternoon). Note: some ivermectin producers use E171 (titanium dioxide) in the extraction process. This is a poisonous substance! make sure that the ivermectin tablets that you acquire does not contain this substance. Fenbendazole: "Fenbendazole acts as a moderate microtubule destabilizing agent and causes cancer cell death by modulating multiple cellular pathways. [Read more , and more ] Fenbendazole acts directly to "activate the tumor suppressor gene p53 i.e. its activity stops the formation of tumors". Fenbendazole dosage: The original Joe Tippens protocol suggests the use of 222mg fenbendazole capsule daily after a fatty meal with one day per week off. In many types of cancer, such as lung [1 ,2 ], breast [3 ] and stomach [4 ,5 ,6 ] cancer, and in a number of others, nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) are involved in the mechanisms of cancer progression". The researchers continue to describe the results of many studies using nicotine to slow down the progression of non-neuronal cells. In this article they describe the effect of nicotine on proliferation of C6 glioma cells. C6 cancer cell line is a rat glioma cell line, which can simulate in overall the high growth rate, the high vascularization, and the highly infiltrative character of glioblastoma multiforme. The researchers write: "we investigated the effect of nicotine at a concentration of 1 μL/mL (6.1 mM) on the proliferation and viability of C6 cells. At this nicotine concentration, inhibition of proliferation was observed, which after 72 h led to a decrease in the number of cells by more than two times; the viability was also reduced (Figure S2 ). However, it should be taken into account that the reason for such a strong decrease in the concentration of cells may be their detachment from the surface and, as a consequence, the cessation of division. We tested acetylcholine at concentrations ranging from 2 µM to 2 mM with incubation times of 24, 48 and 72 h. No effects of acetylcholine were observed". Nicotine Figure S2 Cancer Cells Annihilators Vitamin C coupled with Calorie Restriction This article in section 3.1. "Less Is More: Calorie Restriction (CR) and Cancer Therapy Response" with all its references leaves no room for doubts about this practice! In summery, the cancer cell can exist almost exclusively on glucose, the simple, common carbohydrate. This is its source of energy, and it may die without it (Learn about Keto diet ).Unlike a cancer cell, the healthy cell can also produce energy from fatty acids. Coconut oil, . Eliminate the glucose supply to the healthy cell, and it will continue to flourish. In the cancer cell, some of the mitochondria is inactive for energy production. The malignant cell produces energy from the breakdown of glucose outside of the mitochondria (The Warburg phenomenon ), inside the cytoplasm. Therefore, it produces less energy from glucose, almost 20 times less than the healthy cell. Because cancer cells are "" to live, divide, they need a lot of energy, translated to a lot of glucose, provided by a lot of receptors that "suck" the glucose from the blood. Watch this video for complete conviction in the proposed diet!!!In the following sections we explain more about cancerous tumors and how to "starve them to death". It is strongly recommended to adopt that practice as a precautionary measure when dealing with benign tumors. Yet another study concludes : "At higher concentrations Ascorbic Acid (AA) may increase ATP production by increasing mitochondrial electron flux, also may induce apoptotic cell death in tumor cell lines ". Adding High Doses Of Vitamin C: Vitamin C is a relative of glucose. When cancer cells encounter glucose deficiency , they "compensate" it by this vitamin C alternative (if and when it is available) transported by the GLUT1, GLUT3, and GLUT4 glucose transporters. The cancer cell increases the u ptake of the oxidized form of vitamin C , (dehydroascorbate (DHA)), with "destructive" implications. In low doses, vitamin C, is an antioxidant. It protects the cell from free radicals, at very high levels in the cell, it acts as a pro-oxidant, producing hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). According to several studies, the abundance of vitamin C, with the help of iron and copper in and around the cell, encourages the production of hydrogen peroxide. In "regular" cells the catalase enzyme , is in charge of breaking down hydrogen peroxide produced by the mitochondria as part of its ATP production process. This enzyme is a huge protein, built from 500 amino acids, and contains iron. It is able, under optimal conditions ( pH 7.5 ) to break down in one second , and I know you won't believe it, five million molecules of hydrogen peroxide. With "God's help" in most types of cancer cells, " ...examined showed both low catalase and glutathione peroxidase levels, suggesting that most cancer cell types cannot detoxify hydrogen peroxide". Such excess of hydrogen peroxide, like any free radical, slowly damages the cancer cell. That is why, for best results, large amounts of vitamin C, injected intravenously (IV) must be accompanied by a diet with almost complete reduction of sugars and carbohydrates (especially the simple ones). This way, the cancer cell with its insatiable glucose craving, will eagerly swallow the "glucose-like" vitamin C, and its activity will be impaired. [Read more 38 ,39 ] Cancer Cell Annihilators 4.0 2 Reviews average rating is 4 out of 5, based on 2 votes, Reviews Reviews Vitamin C coupled with Calorie RestrictionVitamin C coupled with Calorie Restriction Adding High Doses Of Vitamin C With ingested amounts found in foods , vitamin C plasma concentrations do not exceed 100 μmol/L (micromole / liter). Even with supplementation approaching maximally tolerated doses, ascorbate plasma concentrations are always <250 μmol/L (and frequently <150 μmol/L. In contrast, when ascorbate is intravenously (IV) injected, tight gastrointestinal control is bypassed until excess ascorbate is eliminated by glomerular filtration and renal excretion. With IV infusion, pharmacologic ascorbate concentrations of 25–30 mmol/L (millimole / liter) are reached. Note that 30 mm/l is 120 times more concentrated than 250 μmol/L. Such concentration of 30 mmol/L is safely achieved. Pharmacologic ascorbate can act as a pro-drug for hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) formation, which can lead to extracellular fluid (of H2O2) at concentrations as high as 200 μmol/L. Pharmacologic ascorbate can elicit cytotoxicity toward cancer cells and slow the growth of tumors". Read this study "High-dose intravenous vitamin C, a promising multi-targeting agent in the treatment of cancer " to learn more on the subject. Does Too Much Vitamin C can Cause Side Effects? No! Even at high doses , vitamin C is not known to be toxic or to cause any serious adverse effects. The most common side effects are diarrhea, nausea, abdominal cramps, and other gastrointestinal issues. Vitamin D Vitamin D deficiency is closely related to chronic inflammation, and chronic inflammation is closely related to cancer development and progression. "Beyond its critical function in calcium homeostasis, vitamin D has recently been found to play an important role in the modulation of the immune/inflammation system via regulating the production of inflammatory cytokines and inhibiting the proliferation of proinflammatory cells, both of which are crucial for the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases". "Both extrinsic and intrinsic inflammations can result in immunosuppression, thereby providing a preferred background for tumor development". In this article Dr Mercola review the work of Dr. Carole Baggerly and its GrassrootsHealth nutrient research institute describing one of its most important findings: "80 Percent of Breast Cancer Incidences Could Possibly Be Avoided by Raising Vitamin D Level to 60 ng/mL From 20 ng/mL" Read more on "the Effect of Vitamin D3 Supplements on Development of Advanced Cancer". In conclusion: Bringing body weight to "normal" (BMI - Read below) and keeping vitamin D level at 60 ng/mL could significantly reduce the chance for cancer, and help in removing cancer if it has been already diagnosed in your body. Body Mass Index (BMI) BMI is a widely used tool to estimate a healthy weight range based on height and weight. The formula for BMI is: weight (in kg) / the square of the height (in meters). A BMI of less than 18.5 suggests underweight. A BMI of between 18.5 and 24.9 suggests a healthy weight range. A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 may indicate overweight. A BMI of 30 or higher may indicate obesity. [Source ] Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) For LUNG CANCER According to the American Cancer Society , most of cancer deaths in the US are the result of lung and bronchus cancer. This study concludes "H2O2 produces both nuclear and mitochondrial DNA lesions, increases the expression of cell adhesion molecules, and increases p53 activity and other transcription factors orchestrating cancer cell death". Sadhguru : "Cancerous cells are present in all our bodies. In the yogic system, we describe cancerous cells as being similar to, let’s say, criminals in a society. If there are a few individuals here and there who commit petty crimes, it doesn't really affect the society. But when they gang up together in one place, something begins to happen. Similarly, having a few cancerous cells in your body is not going to affect your life or health in any way. Generally in yoga, we look at it this way: when certain kinds of blanks happen in the energy body, either because of a person's attitude, food, lifestyle, or any other factor due to which the energy body gets affected, an atmosphere conducive to the growth of cancerous cells is created. So if the flow of energy is not good in a certain part of the body, cancerous cells choose that place to hide and fester. - NICOTINE | Halyvera.com
NICOTINE Page Content: About Nicotine Nicotine and Brain Functioning Nicotine Anti-Inflammatory Benefits Nicotine-Mediated Cell Proliferation Ischemic Injury Parkinson’s Disease Nicotine is a naturally occurring alkaloid primarily found in the tobacco plant, where it constitutes about 5% of the plant's weight. It can also be found in smaller amounts in other plants of the nightshade family. About Nicotine As described below, Nicotine benefits to many body functions, most notably brain functions - are far reaching with no side effects, AND NO ADDICTIVENESS (As proven by this recent Harvard Study ) if taken appropriately. Nicotine and Brain Functioning Nicotine administration can improve cognitive decline and impairment by inhibiting Sirtuin 6, a stress‑responsive protein deacetylase, thereby decreasing neuronal apoptosis and improving neuronal survival, a quality which is most important in Alzheimer's disease (AD), memory impairment in Parkinson's disease (PD, Read more below ) and dyskinesia (Read More , And more ). In healthy individuals , nicotine may improve memory function through its effect on chromatin modification via the inhibition of histone deacetylases, which causes transcriptional changes in memory‑related genes. Furthermore, nicotine improves memory impairment caused by sleep deprivation by enhancing the phosphorylation of calmodulin‑dependent protein kinase II, an essential regulator of cell proliferation and synaptic plasticity. Finally, nicotine administration has been demonstrated to rescue long‑term potentiation in individuals with sleep deprivation, AD, stress and hypothyroidism, primarily by desensitizing α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptors. To conclude, nicotine has several cognitive benefits in healthy individuals, as well as in those with cognitive decline associated with age or brain deseases. chronic Nicotine Anti-Inflammatory Benefits Inflammation is a complex process involving multiple genes and signaling pathways. (Read more) Nicotine is a lipophilic agent and can penetrate the cells independently on these special nAChR receptors. Therefore, nicotine could directly affect mitochondrial respiration , cell autophagy, and cell signaling molecules in an environment with proper pH (nicotine pKa = 7.9). Yet another study showed that given at the right dose, nicotine provides for a "protective effect of nicotine in a murine model of viral myocarditis induced by coxsackievirus". B3Nicotine also played different regulatory roles in ulcerative colitis, arthritis, periodontitis, sepsis, endotoxemia, multiple sclerosis, nasal eosinophilic inflammation, allergy, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, skin inflammation, placental inflammation, pancreatitis, Behçet’s disease, muscle inflammation, viral myocarditis, uveitis, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and so on (Figure 1 ) Nicotine and Brain Functioning Anti-Inflammatory Benefits Nicotine-Mediated Cell Proliferation and the Formation of New Blood vessels (Angiogenesis). Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) that are widely distributed in the brain and neuromuscular junctions, were found to be expressed in a variety of non-neuronal tissues in the body including those of the lung . As such, many vendors of this product, tend to STANDARDIZE, the extracted oil, namely adding to the oil one or more ingredients - most notably, adding carvacrol, to maintain a "good level" of that ingredient. Some vendors will claim for "Wild oregano plant harvested from high altitude habitat" with no attempt to substantiate this claim. Using the Origanum Minutiflorum resolves the substantiation issue because it is not cultivated, and its wild habitat is very limited to the Massifs Mountains in southern Turkey. [RE F ] NOTE! Many oregano oil vendors became aware of the ORIGANUM MINOTIFLORUM superior qualities and are naming there oregano oil as origanum minutiflorum, without actually sourcing their oil or the leaves they use for the extraction of the oil from that plant. If you want this unique oil, verify its source and don't let the product name to mislead you. OREGANO OIL BLENDS - Some oregano oil vendors do not make it very clear that their product is a blend (most often with olive oil) where the olive oil is the major ingredient in the bottle. Some of these vendors offer a "regular" oregano oil (the word blend is not mentioned) and a super strength oregano oil which according to one of their sellers "...the difference between super strength and regular strength is that the ratio of olive oil to oregano oil is considerably different, by nearly 3-fold." They would tell you that the carvacrol content in their oregano oil is above a certain percentage, but without knowing the composition of the blend that they offer in the bottle, you would not be able to figure out, how much carvacrol you really get in the oil that you take! Of coarse, pure oregano essential oil should be blended significantly before use (between 1-4 drops in a tablespoon of a carrier oil - like olive oil, read more below ), be it for topical or ingestion, but most customers are not aware that what they buy is not the pure oregano oil but mostly an olive oil! STANDARDIZATION of essential oils alters and disrupts their natural construction. Standardization practice intends to maintain consistency and/or to selectively increase specific naturally occurring compounds - most notably, carvacrol. This can be done by the producer, before, during or after the extraction process. Examples of standardization practices include modifications of the plant seed and growth environment, and the addition of isolated components post-distillation/extraction. This selective process disrupts the synergy that occurs when trace components that would otherwise naturally occur within the plant are lost to make room for the unnatural increase in components. As demonstrated by this study [REF ], the overall effect of the beneficial components Disruption of this synergy, has a dramatic impact of lowering the effectiveness of the oil. Regardless of the technique, when the natural composition of the oil is altered, and synergy is compromised, renders the oil to become less effective than if it were in its natural state. We recommend 100% pure origanum minutiflorum oil which needs no standardization or any other practice to improve its quality from the harvesting of the wild plant through the distillation process, preservation of its natural qualities is the guiding line. Coordinated with regional forestry authorities, the origanum we recommend is carefully harvested, to preserve this specie in this unique habitat. Special qualties to look after SPECIAL QUALITIES TO LOOK FOR On this page of this website we present many scientific references that confirm the superior effectiveness of the oregano oil and its various ingredients - most notably carvacrol and thymol, to combat various infections and inflammation that may inflict our body. In the section below, we provide details of specific health conditions and references to scientific studies that demonstrated the benefits of oregano oil in coping with these conditions. FLU, COLDS , RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS , SORE THROAT , COUGHS All these conditions are categorized under "viral infection". As demonstrated on this page , scientific studies (e.g. [REF ]) demonstrated the efficacy and mechanisms of action of oregano essential oil and its primary component carvacrol against a wide range of pathogens. INFLAMMATION OF THE SMALL INTESTINE AND INTESTINAL PARASITES There are many factors that contribute to gut inflammation, including diet and lifestyle habits, microbial balance and the presence of toxins. The truth is, that many people have intestinal parasites and don’t even know it! They are not uncommon, and oregano oil can help to rid them from your body. [REF ] This referenced study [REF ], has shown a reduction in inflammation throughout the small intestine and colon, with pigs fed with oregano essential oil. “A potential factor of gastrointestinal dysfunction and pathology, including Crohn's disease, multiple organ dysfunction, bacterial translocation, food allergies, and acute pancreatitis”. BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS (BV) a disease of the vagina caused by excessive growth of bacteria. Common symptoms include increased vaginal discharge that often smells like fish. The discharge is usually white or gray in color. Burning with urination may occur. Usually, "good" bacteria (lactobacilli) outnumber "bad" bacteria (anaerobes) in your vagina. But if anaerobic bacteria become too numerous, they upset the natural balance of microorganisms in the vagina and lactobacilli decrease. As we already presented on this page oregano is a well-studied natural antimicrobial that can be utilized to rid the body of excess bacterial and fungal overgrowth. As with all other essential oils, DO NOT use the oregano oil without dilution in a carrier oil! To avoid irritation of skin or mucous membrane (lips for example), There's no standard effective dose of oregano essential oil as herbal supplement. Some recommend [REF ] to make a mix of around 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of coconut oil (most recommended) or olive oil per a drop of oregano essential oil when applied directly to the skin. For ingestion use, 1 - 4 Drops per tablespoon (one tablespoon = 15 ml) of a carrier oil (such as coconut or olive oils) would provide the appropriate dilution. A 10 ml glass Measuring Dropping Pipette (with a Rubber Head) is a good kitchen aid to prepare the right mixture of a carrier oil with an essential oil for repeated usage.
